Release Sales Orders Auto Increment Serial Numbers

	The SO-E screen is modified so that the user is allowed input of a RANGE of S/N's for faster processing of large numbers of serialized items.
	These S/N's already exist but may have multiple sequences due to QC rejects, etc.
	The user is allowed to select a range of serialized items via start and stop S/N selection.
	User selects a range of numbers until the total quantity released has been entered with a serial number.
