Calculate Customer Discounts Net of Freight and Sales Tax

This program replaces the AR-C Enter Customer Cash program and, when a discount applies, subtracts sales tax and freight and then calculates the discount.
Discounts calculate on the invoice amount excluding sales tax and freight.

Program changes made for version 99.2
